Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website to book sessions or buy packages with Kinetic Flow, a personal-training studio run by Jenny on Lantau Island, Hong Kong. By using the site, you agree to them.

The service

Kinetic Flow offers private 1-on-1 training, small group classes, and online sessions. This website lets you view the schedule, book a place, and purchase class packages.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email — there is no password to remember. Please keep access to your email secure and give us accurate contact details so we can manage your bookings.

Booking & payment

• Bookings are subject to availability and class capacity.
• Prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
• Payment is made directly via PayMe or FPS. Package class credits are unlocked once Jenny confirms your payment has been received.
• If a group class is full you can join the waitlist; if a place opens up, the next person on the waitlist is moved in automatically.

Health, safety & your responsibility

Training is physical activity that carries inherent risks. By taking part you confirm that:

• you are in suitable health to exercise, and have consulted a doctor if you are unsure or have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant;
• you will tell Jenny about any condition or injury that may affect your training, and listen to your body during sessions;
• you take part at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinetic Flow is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under law.

Conduct

Please arrive on time, treat other clients and the venue with respect, and follow reasonable safety instructions during sessions.

Changes

We may update the schedule, prices, classes, and these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
