Cancellation & Refunds

We keep classes small, so a late cancellation often means an empty spot someone else could have taken. This policy keeps things fair for everyone.

Group classes — the 24-hour rule

  • Cancel 24 hours or more before the class starts and your class credit is returned to you to use another time.
  • Cancel within 24 hoursof the start, or don’t show up, and the class credit is used — it won’t be returned.

You can cancel anytime from your account page. If you’re on a waitlist and haven’t been moved into the class yet, cancelling never costs you a credit.

Private & online sessions

Private 1-on-1 and online sessions are arranged directly with Jenny. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule — at least 24 hours wherever possible.

Packages & refunds

Class packages are prepaid and the credits are for your use. If you have unused credits and your circumstances change, please talk to Jenny — refunds of unused credits are handled case by case, and we’ll always be reasonable.

If we cancel a class

If Jenny ever has to cancel a class, your class credit is returned in full and we’ll let you know as soon as possible so you can rebook.
