Privacy Policy

Kinetic Flow is a personal-training studio run by Jenny on Lantau Island, Hong Kong. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website to book classes or buy packages, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle your data in line with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).

What we collect

• Account & contact details — your email address (used to sign you in via a one-time link), and your name and phone number so we can manage your bookings and reach you.
• Booking & payment records — the classes and packages you book, your remaining class credits, and a record of each payment (amount, method, status, and a reference). Jenny may also keep brief training notes to coach you well.

We never see or store your card or bank details. Payments are made directly through PayMe or FPS in your own banking app — we only record that a payment was made and confirm it manually.

How we use it

• To create and manage your bookings and class credits.
• To send you booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation receipts by email.
• To take payment and keep accurate financial records.
• To run, support, and improve the service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data only on our behalf:

• Supabase — secure database and login.
• Resend — sending the emails described above.
• Vercel — hosting this website.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you are a client and for as long as needed for our booking and financial records. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.

Your rights

Under the PDPO you may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, just message Jenny on WhatsApp and we’ll take care of it.
